Podcast 100: Awakened swarm
March 23, 2013 - 44:32
- Pre-playing thoughts on StarCraft 2: Heart of the Swarm multiplayer changes
- Dead Space 3: Awakened (downloadable content)
- Defiance; beta weekend 2 thoughts
In this podcast I talk about my feelings on the StarCraft 2 multiplayer changes that happened with the launch of Heart of the Swarm. Once upon a time it was stated you wouldn't need to get every expansion, multiplayer would be playable by all, but it seems this is not the case. Is it ok to go back on their original words and create a have / have not division in multiplayer? Are 'required purchases' ok?
I played through Dead Space 3: Awakened downlodable content and found it to be a perfect (for me) blend of action and story.
The NDA for Defiance dropped on March 22nd, so you can finally hear my thoughts on the 2nd beta weekend that happened on March 8th-10th.
And in the close, which I will likely make its own section in the future when I do it, I talk about my experiences with my new iPhone app to help me track calories and be less fat / unhealthy.
