Week 859
Day 6007 - 12/11 - Half boots
Today I am half way to new boots. I have the boots, but I need to pick up the inserts tomorrow. Hopefully they won't be too bad or too weird.
Today was pretty good I guess. I did a bunch of stuff for my pen and paper game, so I feel pretty good about that. I was tempted to do more, I certainly could have, but after about 1.5 hours my creative brain was done and wanted a break, so I stopped. With having 2.5 months to get things settled there should be plenty of time. Honestly I'm more worried about getting art done more than the other parts at this point. What with all the cold weather my total hours are reduced, and the times I'd normally do art are lost, so I have to spend general creative time to do it. I guess we'll see. One day, and one step, at a time.
Day 6008 - 12/12 - The other half
Today I set up the other half of the boots. It will probably take a few days to see if they fit well and the inserts feel ok. The store person actually removed some flat inserts the boots came with, so on a quick test they effectively feel the same.
The day was pretty good though my MMO was down due to an unexpected power outage. But I did a lot for my pen and paper game and played a lot of my early access game, so it was a pretty good day.
Day 6009 - 12/13 - Going ok
Today I did a bit with my pen and paper game writing. I realized the other day a probably reason why I've been able to focus so much lately isn't just because the annoying kid is gone, but also because for a little less than a week I've been able to see with little to no blurriness. So maybe I can focus better because I can literally focus.
I'm going to be upset if it's taken a year to get this appointment and when I finally see the eye doctor I'll be like, 'well, I can tell you how my last 5 years were, but a month ago they mysteriously got clear again.' I think it's already going to be rough to impossible even with the effect happening, but my being better right before the appointment would be annoying as hell. If I don't have the issue, then I can't expect them to find results, which means if it ever came back I'd have to start the cycle all over again. It's weird to have something to hope for that the worst happens, but since I don't know what causes it, I can't influence it to happen.
Day 6010 - 12/14 - Bleh
Today I tested a ramen. My tummy does feel pretty bleh, so I do think maybe it's not really cooking right. It tastes better than if I'd have microwaved it, but I think the hot water cooker just isn't enough for some reason. It does have instructions to keep it in boiling water for those 2 minutes, so maybe that's part of it. The cup type doesn't really taste much better or more cooked though, which is curious because that is designed to just add hot water.
I guess it was a pretty ok day other than that.
Day 6011 - 12/15 - Not the best
Today my tummy feels not the best. It's not terrible, but could be better. It's probably what I ate yesterday. For some reason I was up 3 hours earlier than I needed to be and couldn't get back to sleep, which is super annoying. It may have been the cold.
I guess today has been ok. There are a lot of people at the library for some reason, which is annoying, and some who are nearer to me are talking, which is annoying. But I guess it could be worse.
Day 6012 - 12/16 - Unknown day
Today I don't know what to expect. My boots and inserts have been fine, so maybe today I won't even really notice any difference. I mostly only notice a difference when standing still and putting my full weight on them flat. Walking I don't really feel the arch bump. Hopefully today will be ok.
Day 6013 - 12/17 - Unknown Tuesday
Today I don't know what to expect. Hopefully it's not too rainy. There has been a completely crazy storm coming and going lately.
Hopefully I'll be warm enough, dry enough, and there won't be too much going on around me at the library.
Week 860
Day 6014 - 12/18 - Pretty good
Today was a pretty good day. I did some stuff for my pen and paper supplement, played a bit, and watched some shows. I was colder than I'd like to have been, but in my sad life I can't control that. Though I am considering maybe getting a better hoodie type jacket to help.
As ok as today was, hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
Day 6015 - 12/19 - Xmas game
Today I was surprised by someone getting me a game for Xmas time. It was super nice and unexpected. 
The day overall went pretty quickly. I did a bunch of stuff for my pen and paper supplement I'm working on, which is crazy this second one is up to 40 pages of mostly story and I originally didn't know if I'd have much to say. I had a little time after to play and watch a show. But that was it. It felt like the day passed very quickly overall.
Day 6016 - 12/20 - A bit blurry
Today I am kind of glad that today and I think yesterday my eyes are a bit blurry again. As long as they are even the 'best' at about 85% or so that gives me hope that on the day something will be observable and get at least a hint of what might be going on.
Today passed very quickly again. I had something special to watch, so I didn't get as much done with my pen and paper stuff that I'm doing as I expected, and I barely got to play anything. But overall it was a pretty good day.
I do have an odd bit of dizziness though, not sure what is going on with that.
Day 6017 - 12/21 - Feeling a bit odd
Today I'm still feeling a bit odd. I still have an almost constant very very light dizziness, a ton of sneezing, and a bit of congestion. I wouldn't be surprised if I've caught a cold in all the super cold weather, though it's actually been a touch warmer today. I think because it's been sprinkling. When it rains around here in cold times the clouds tend to trap in a touch more warmth.
It was a pretty good day. I did all my stuff, though maybe a bit more art than writing today. And again, I still feel a bit off, so there is that. But overall today was pretty good.
Day 6018 - 12/22 - Sneezy
Today I feel a bit less dizzy, but I'm still quite sneezy. I'm really not sure what is going on. I also don't really feel like I can focus, so I may not do much for my pen and paper hobby today. I should still have plenty of time to get that done, so I'm not super worried.
I guess today has been pretty ok other than that. The library is effectively empty now, and probably will be until after the New Year, so that's a nice break.
Day 6019 - 12/23 - Maybe no shower
Today I don't know if the shower at school will be accessible or not. There are some local gyms to get free membership trials too, so I expect I'll do that Friday and Saturday, and then maybe a different location the week after. I guess we'll see what the day holds as it happens.
Day 6020 - 12/24 - Unknown Eve
Today I don't know what to expect. The library will thankfully be open basically until I'd normally leave, so outside of things being extremely empty and calm I don't know what to expect for the day. Hopefully things will be ok.
